If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, you have 45 days to request a Return or Exchange, unless the item is marked FINAL SALE.
Each order qualifies for one free shipping label, on either a Return or Exchange.

CanadaI received a Mondetta Original sweater (Canada) as a present. I got a free patch code, entered it many times.online to redeem it. The code was invalid. I emailed mondetta & got a response asap. I got my free patch in the mail as a separate invoice. I love it!
