PRICING & SPECIFICATIONS

• Prices on MPG/The Warehouse and in our Canadian promotions are in Canadian funds unless specified otherwise.
• Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
• Typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• Not all products are available in all areas due to local, provincial or federal laws.
• Prices for products purchased from MPG/The Warehouse Canada website may vary from MPG/The Warehouse U.S. due to currency fluctuations, duty rates, taxes and differing cost structures.

MPG'S PRODUCTS

• The product assortment available from The Warehouse Canada may vary from products available from The Warehouse U.S.
• MPG items purchased at a Retail Store cannot be returned or exchanged to MPG/The Warehouse and must be returned at the original place of purchase.
• MPG is not responsible for any damaged or defective items purchased from a retailer or third-party retailer.

PROMOTIONS, COUPONS AND/OR DISCOUNTS TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 'Sitewide' promotions, coupon and/or discount codes do NOT apply to any 'Warehouse' clearance products, unless otherwise specified as part of the promotion.
• Promotions, coupon and/or discount codes can only be used one (1) time, apply to regular priced items only, are nontransferable, and cannot be used by or transferred to any other party, unless otherwise stated.
• Promotions, coupon and/or discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer, unless otherwise stated.
• Promotions, coupon and/or discount codes do not apply to merchandise sold by wholesalers, liquidators, or third-party vendors.
• MPG/The Warehouse Canada cannot accept MPG/The Warehouse U.S. discount codes.
• MPG/The Warehouse U.S. cannot accept MPG/The Warehouse Canada discount codes.
• Only one coupon and/or discount code can be used per person or household/address, unless otherwise stated.
• Coupon and/or discount codes are not convertible to cash.
• MPG/The Warehouse reserves the right to modify or discontinue the promotion, coupon and/or discount code at any time in its sole discretion.
• MPG/The Warehouse reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased using the promotion, coupon and/or discount code.
• MPG/The Warehouse may immediately, without notice to you, (a) suspend or terminate your account, or (b) cancel your orders, in each case upon becoming aware of: (i) any fraud or abuse committed by you relating to MPG promotions, coupons and/or discounts, (ii) any misrepresentation of the information provided by you, or (iii) your failure to follow the terms and conditions of this agreement, or any other terms and conditions referred to herein.
• All decisions regarding the interpretation of the terms and conditions of this agreement and the administration of promotions, coupons and discounts, and any disputes arising therefrom, will be resolved by MPG/The Warehouse in its sole discretion.

GIFT CARDS

• Gift cards cannot be returned, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account.
• The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon sale. Gift Cards are like cash. We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without our permission. We cannot trace them or refund them.
• MPG/The Warehouse Canada cannot accept MPG/The Warehouse U.S. gift cards or gift certificates.
• MPG/The Warehouse U.S. cannot accept MPG/The Warehouse Canada gift cards or gift certificates.
