How do I find my size in Modern Ambition's clothing?

How can I find out more about your fabrics?

ORDERING

How can I make changes to my order?

We are unable to make any changes to your order, for example: add an item or change color or size. As soon as your order is placed, it is sent directly to our shipping department. However, we are able to cancel your order if it has not been processed by our shipping team. Contact us with your order number before 3:00 pm CST on the same business day your order was placed, or if your order was placed on a weekend, before 3:00pm on the following business day.

How can I cancel my order?

Can I buy gift cards?

Yes! You can purchase digital gift cards in denominations of $50.00 - $500.00 on our Gift Card page.

Why am I getting a refund for a recent order?

Due to unexpected high demand, one or more of the products in your order were out of stock when your order was processed. The rest of your order will ship, and the product(s) that we removed from your order will be refunded.

What is your privacy policy?

SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

For orders under $99.00 Standard Ground Shipping (5-10 business days) is $13.99. For all orders over $99.00 (after discounts, before tax) Standard Ground Shipping is free.

Why did I get an email asking for a physical address?

Our shipping courier FedEx is unable to ship to a PO Box address and therefore requires a physical address to ship your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within Canada and the U.S.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

All orders are prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days after you place your order. Expect an additional 5 – 10 business days for Standard Ground Shipping. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for the most up-to-date information.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, you may request a Return or Exchange within 45 days of receiving your order shipped confirmation email. Each order qualifies for one free shipping label on either a Return or Exchange. Please see our 45-day "no sweat" Return & Exchange Policy for more information.

Please note we do not accept returns/refunds and/or exchanges on Final Sale items.

Do you offer free returns and exchanges?

Yes! Returns are accepted on all regular priced and select sale items (NOT Final Sale) in their original condition (unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached). Exchanges are accepted on items in their original condition (unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached). Exchanges can only be done for the SAME item in a different size or color.

How do I return my order?

You can submit a return through our returns/exchange form. You will need to enter your order number and email address. Once you complete your return request, we'll email you a printable, prepaid shipping label so you can mail the item(s) back to us for free.

How do I exchange my order?

You can request an exchange through our returns/exchange form . You will need to enter your order number and email address. Once you complete your exchange request, we'll email you a printable, prepaid shipping label so you can mail the item(s) back to us for free.

What if I have multiple returns or exchanges?

Each order qualifies for one free shipping label, for either a return and/or exchange. Visit our Return/Exchange Policy for details.

Multiple returns: Please ship all items in one package.

Multiple exchanges: Please ship all items in one package.

Return(s) and exchange(s) from the same order: If you have a return and an exchange from the same order, please submit two (2) separate Return/Exchange forms; one (1) for the item(s) you’ll be exchanging, one (1) for the item(s) you’ll be returning. Before mailing your item(s) back to Modern Ambition, please wait 24 hours to receive email approval that your return has been approved, or you may be subject to additional shipping fees. If all returns have been approved, please ship all return and exchange items in the same package with the first return label you received by email.

How long will it take for me to get my refund?

Your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive your return package in the mail. Take note of the 5-digit tracking number that you receive when you submit your return/exchange to track the shipping of your return package.

Please note that it generally takes about 3-5 business days from when your refund is processed to be reflected on your statement. This timeline could change depending on how long it takes for your bank to process the refund.

How can I find out the status of my return or exchange?

Your return or exchange will be processed within 1-2 business days after we have received your return package in the mail. Take note of the 5-digit tracking number that you receive when you submit your return/exchange to track when your parcel has been delivered to Modern Ambition, then expect 1-2 business days to process.

If I purchased an Modern Ambition product in a retail store, can I return or exchange it online?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges of items that were bought in a retail store. All returns, exchanges and/or warranty claims must go through the store, and the store's return policy will apply to the item(s).

PROMOTIONS

Can I apply a gift card and a promo/discount code in the same order?

Yes. Gift cards and promo codes can be applied to the same order. You can enter both at the checkout screen when you are ready to place your order.

What if my code isn't working?

Refer to the terms and conditions of your code for usage details or our General Policies for more information. If everything appears to be correct and you’re still having issues, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

What is your final sale policy?

Final Sale items are clearly marked 'Final Sale' on their product pages. Final Sale items are not refundable, exchangeable, eligible for price adjustments, or eligible for credit.
